Ravens Volleyball club operates out of Spruce Grove area. We enjoy having atheletes from surrounding counties, towns and Edmonton join our volleyball teams.

3. “Next Level” – Volleyball and Conditioning camp – Full Summer Camp Put on by Josh Frick, Jan Wahlen, Greg Zirk, High level fitness coaches and Top level ACAC past and present athletes. Will include a mix of about
1. 50% dryland training,
2. 25% volleyball skills,
3. 25% volleyball game play.
