Ravens Volleyball club operates out of Spruce Grove area. We enjoy having atheletes from surrounding counties, towns and Edmonton join our volleyball teams.
Our goal is to provide an experiance all athletes, coaches and parents will enjoy. We offer competitive, recreational, beach and adult volleyball programs

2. “My Next Level” – Volleyball and Conditioning camp – Full Summer Camp Put on by Josh Frick, Jan Wahlen, Greg Zirk, High level fitness coaches and Top level ACAC past and present athletes. Will include a mix of about
1. 50% dryland training,
2. 25% volleyball skills,
3. 25% volleyball game play.
Our goal is to help athletes get stonger, ensure they get quality touches and prevent them from volleyball burnout. More information and registration to come first week of April.
