Adult Volleyball Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County 

Raven’s Volleyball Club is excited to be offering an Adult League running Tuesday and Sunday evenings.

In order for Raven’s to operate an Adult program there is a requirement that all participants have a Valid Adult Player – Recreational Indoor registration with Volleyball Alberta.

This membership has a cost of $19.70 per participant (This registration covers the insurance).

The cost per night is $7 that is paid in cash on-site.

Each night teams will be created with those in attendance.

Level Of Experiance

This recreational volleyball league  is looking for players with some experience playing volleyball. The following points describe the level of play that should be expected:

• Hard hitting is allowed, however, it must be done in a controlled manner. Players can anticipate that approximately 1 out of every 3 rallies will contain a hard hit. Players that hit hard should do so with respect and direct the ball at players on the opposing team that are capable/comfortable with receiving the hit.
• Typically there are 3 contacts made prior to returning the ball over the net to the opponent.
• Passes are not always crisp and accurate.
•  blocking will occur.
